Whilst most pregnancies and childbirth are trouble free a minority can become complicated and sometimes, due to negligence, lead to medical accidents which have serious consequences for the health of both the mother and baby.

In babies Cerebral Palsy can occur before, during and after birth. If you or your baby have suffered complications or been neglected during childbirth you could be eligible for compensation.

If you believe that the hospital were negligent during the birth of your child and as a result you child has Cerebral Palsy then there may be a claim for damages (that is compensatiuon)
